Mediocre productivity and average performance are not acceptable in today's challenging global economy. High performance and maximum productivity-- 'more from less' -- is essential. My goal is to help businesses and organizations transform their "old-school" managers into Leaders  that can inspire their workers to achieve more and higher levels of productivity. 

Leadership  skills can generally be acquired--just like many of us learned the "old  school" management practices that fail to produce higher levels of  productivity from a better educated and more demanding workforce. I  utilize training in an upbeat, small group seminar environment as well  as the Executive Coaching format--a one-on-one fast track approach for  demanding executives that need results and skills quickly. I don't do  "flavor of the month training". I provide the follow-through that gets  your business or organization the value added results you need to  succeed.
