Dallas J. "Dal" Moreau has  worked in the Private Practice of Counseling since 1984, serving the  Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana region.  He received his  Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin  State University in Nacogdoches, Texas in 1980. He then received his  Master of Arts (M.A.) Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F.  Austin State University in 1982.  He received his licensure as a  Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from the Texas State Board of  Professional Counselors in 1984.  

Dal's practice  is comprised of three divisions;

Business Consulting 

Legal Consulting 

He  has worked successfully with hundreds of businesses, individuals and  families. He has provided Expert Witness testimony in County  Courts-at-Law, State District Courts and Federal Court.   He has  provided training and numerous seminars involving Leadership Skills,  Supervisory Skills, Communication, Conflict Management, Delegation,  Retention, Sexual/ Gender Harassment Prevention, Wellness and Stress  Management to name a few. In addition to his practice, Dal is currently an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology at Lamar State College-Orange.

Dal's goal as a Counselor is  to create a supportive environment in which his clients can explore  their emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit their full  potential. He encourages  an open-minded approach to client wellness and consider the client's  work life, family traditions, cultural and spiritual beliefs in all that  he does. Dal has been a Consultant to Business for  over 25 years. His goal is to apply psychological research and best  practices to raise performance and productivity within a business,  industry or organization. He has held senior management positions in  both the private and public sectors giving him a unique insight into the  inner workings of organizations.
